Pakrat wont work

I have tried to pack custom textures to my bsp file with pakrat for multiple times, but it still it just does not work. And the auto button does not even work at the first place, it just says that no files found. I have manually added every single file but like I said, it does not work at all.

 

I have tried packbsp-program but it just keeps saying that cant find blop registry file at the start.
