FMPONE Posted July 18, 2013 Report Posted July 18, 2013 (edited) Not much to say about this one other than bryan cranston is in it, and this piece of art: which really touched a chord with me. I went from 0 to 60 on hype for another Godzilla film based on that pic alone. additional content: Edited July 18, 2013 by FMPONE ⌐■_■, Kinky and Chimeray 3 Quote

Sentura Posted July 18, 2013 Report Posted July 18, 2013 I always thought the idea of supermonsters fighting over cities was a bit daft. I like the conceptual piece but it's just meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh Quote
Izuno Posted July 18, 2013 Report Posted July 18, 2013 So is this a re-re-re-re...re-re-reboot or re-re-re-re...re-re-rehash? Quote
FMPONE Posted July 18, 2013 Author Report Posted July 18, 2013 I like the reaction in here because it's going to make it that much more awesome when they release a mega badass trailer and everybody back pedals hard Quote

D3ads Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 (edited) When it comes to these kinds of movies, nothing will ever beat... Sharknado is a 2013 made-for-television disaster film about a tornado that lifts sharks out of the ocean and deposits them in Los Angeles. Erratic Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 Can't wait to read about the budget and the rookie director uneasyness and the eventual shitty box office debut at only $50 million dollars and how hollywood has no new ideas and something something matthew broderickand also never watch the movie ever. Sentura Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 I don't know I don't think the generic evil beast tearing up a city for no good reason just ever made sense to me. I mean it's not like it's a wild panicked beast in a new environment so it's just running amok, it's so calm and casually destroying shit like it was a sunday afternoon. I don't understand its motivation. Does it eat the people? Did the city of Tokyo say bad things about its mother? What happened? I thought Cloverfield was pretty good because it left the monster out of the picture for the longest time, and when it did show it, it was more like a panicked feral beast than anything else. So it made sense. But if it's just more supersize fight sequences with men in costumes I think I'd rather watch old kung fu movies instead. Quote
