The landscape in udk does not appear in prespective while it appears in others

hi i am new to udk i have just started it a week ago and i viewed many tutorials now when i come to landscape design i have bit problem.............when i click the button on the very left labeled as "landscape mode" it gives a new box for landscape size etc.............when i enter the co ordinates as 255 x 255 and click on create landscape, it creates landscape but the landscape the landscape is far away positioned and when i changes its pos. to x= 0 y = 0 and z =0

it appears in top, side, and front viewport but doesnot appears in the prespective just a small icon of landscape appears ...........any ideas how do i fix this?

I've just moved this to the 3D forum like your previous thread, which is better suited to technical 3D discussion. Try to ensure you put similar threads in future there please. ;)

You might've pressed the key to hide terrain. Click the little dropdown arrow in the top left of the viewport and go to show > reset to defaults and see if it comes back. Try that first if you ever find that something is missing in UDK, since the "Hide all things of type X" hotkeys are all over the keyboard and its easy to press one on accident.

your method does not works for me i hope you may watch this video that i have uploaded to youtube which describes my problem............please help me!
