CE3 Weird issues

I'm doing Eat3D and have tuned nothing by myself. The issue is 1. The color of the texture changing for no reason and 2. The texture seems like it is in a grid. While the video instructor's is not like this at all. I'm new to CE3 and learning it for fun atm, but as the picture will show I'm having issues:

It looks like the build is broken, are you running an older version of the SDK, have you tried redownloading it?

Is the issue still there after regenerating the the terrain texture?

Sorry to respond so late, but I tried this after you said it. I've been working all this week and all of last week so I haven't been able to try it. Until realizing that it would be stupid to not try it before posting... it did indeed work =D
