I don't want to reignite the whole thing, but when I see this kind of video made BY a game developer, I can't help but think that MAYBE the industry as a whole needs to grow up... Joke or no joke, that was horrible...

Yeah they do need to grow up no doubt. However since when does one company represent the whole industry (I fucking bet half the people at Overkill are cringing at that video as well). No I don't think, because I'm not some child that assumes a sample of something equates to the entirety of something. Since when does a tiny minority of the games industry (this is actual not even the realm of "games industry" this is the advertisement industry) represent tens of thousands of developers? Please answer that question because I'm dying to hear the answer.
