Izuno Posted December 17, 2013 Report Posted December 17, 2013 Said in the Now playing thread but... Tried out AC4 on my Vita....via the PS4 system link. Impressive how well it works.. Though not as good as a real dual shock controller it is still great. I can play AC4 whilst in bed. Or while using the restroom. And you can turn on your PS4 remotely with the Vita (from PS4 standby mode). I've only tested this in my house over wifi but I will try it at another location with strong wifi and see how it goes... -HP- Posted December 17, 2013 Author Report Posted December 17, 2013 I tried it at another location (at work) but it lags a little bit. Maybe it would suffice to play an RPG or turn based game, it certainly is not enough to play a twitchy game. but yeah, works amazingly well over the same wi-fi network. Btw, i can REALLY recommend this little guy for your vita: (it fixs all the ergonomic problems that design has) http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0072A4JVW/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Izuno 1 Quote
Mazy Posted December 18, 2013 Report Posted December 18, 2013 Unrelated to the PS4, then my Vita has sprung back to life after I got Spelunky on it. Already played that game for like 30-40 hours on XBLA, but it's just perfect for the Vita, it's good enough to carry around a Vita just to play that. Still haven't tried the remote play stuff, because, you know, I'm single and if I wanna play games I ideally wanna play it on a big screen knj, Izuno and -HP- 3 Quote

Nerve Posted December 19, 2013 Report Posted December 19, 2013 (edited) The Knack bundle just became available on Amazon, added it to my basket and clicked checkout 2 minutes after the notification, already sold out. I have no chance. Edited December 19, 2013 by Nerve Quote
Thrik Posted December 19, 2013 Report Posted December 19, 2013 lmao. I bet there's at least one person in the world who has been furiously checking every PS4-selling site every minute they're awake since the launch. -HP- 1 Quote

Izuno Posted December 20, 2013 Report Posted December 20, 2013 Got one from work. Unfortunately there aren't any heavy-hitting launch titles, but I'm anticipating some great games in the futurez! Also, thank God I don't have to navigate that piece of shit interface in the xbone... I got one from Sony. Quote
Nerve Posted December 23, 2013 Report Posted December 23, 2013 (edited) Does anyone else get a green tint on their screen and then a black flash when switching between HDMI inputs? It displays normally after a couple of seconds, not sure if it's an actual issue or not but yeah. Edited December 23, 2013 by Nerve Quote
