cool but needs more color, original concept has allot, your stuff seems desaturated and lacks contrast :) don't rely on lighting to add the color

I couldn't make stone look as white as it was in the concept art, and there isn't much color in the building its just browns and grays. other then a couple of red spots.

(I'm stranger to modeling) Is that because of the texture, rendering or other stuff?

For the color, seems to me that the concept art hue is generally shifting to the reds while your is more neutral. Then yes, the roof contrasts quite a bit in the concept.

Architecturally this is sacrilege. You took an Italian building and put American "textures" on it. The concept art is for Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, not 3. Other than that, you have talent. Consider studying more architecturally appropriate models.
