(I'm stranger to modeling) Is that because of the texture, rendering or other stuff? For the color, seems to me that the concept art hue is generally shifting to the reds while your is more neutral. The concept art is for Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, not 3. Other than that, you have talent. Consider studying more architecturally appropriate models. Quote
