Seeing that this is more of a social experiment than a 'game' I cannot help but be reminded of

in 'The Dark Knight'. Maybe Molyneux has gone insane and hid the codes for a nuclear missile in the cube.

What if... there's a cube inside the cube? And that cube is procedural as well meaning the cycle keeps on going forever... "Look guys, I totally wasted your time. The things you do for curiosity, lolz!" And the picture on that cube must be a facepalm.

i read a hangar 16 review of half life map years back that put a similar scenario into an otherwise very plain map. quote, "[...] maybe there's portal to the best map ever made. maybe, and most likely, there is nothing."

All right, I'm happy with that. Pretty cute idea, the winner gets a nice bit of monetary compensation, and it could have some really interesting gameplay implications for the rest of us (Godus is definitely a game I'm looking forward to anyway). It's also kind of nice how the prize is tied into the god game genre that is so dear to Molyneux.

I disagree, I think it's a bad idea to push someone into a creative position which will directly affect his pay cut. Will he decide interesting/fun rules, or decide to design rules that will get him the most amount of money out of the project? Perhaps that's part of the experiment as well, who knows

But what am I saying anyways... I'm pretty sure I would be trolling everyone to the best of my abilities

PS: The selection criteria is also super odd, were they just trying to gain some easy cash so they could make that god-game? Cos otherwise they might as well just have made a registration page and selected someone randomly, no? What was the purpose of Curiosity?
