Hello everyone!

I've been mapping/modding for GldSrc/Source some years now and have NO IDEA how I've missed this community.

Anyway,after working on all those maps that have never seen the light of day,I've decided to put my passion for modding/mapping into a serious project which is:

I've been a few months now on this and worked my ass off this week to put up this trailer and officially announce the development of my Portal 2 mod.

So far it's mostly a single man project (FP user brandonsh creating some animations for me),though that may change in the course of it's development.

Story:

The player ,one of the thousands of subjects sealed in the old extended relaxation shafts is forcefully awoken by its pod's malfunction triggered by a shock trough the facility.

The events escalate...

Screens look cool! Loved the intro sequence. Pretty different look from Portal 2 (which can be good!).

How far along are you? And are you always going to have "behind the scenes" levels or are you going to introduce some more traditional chambers later on?

I've been working on this for a few months ,I just announced the development two days ago.And I'd like this mod to concentrate more on the underground/behind the scenes style,though will include regular test chambers.

Great atmosphere and spaces you've got! You seem to be adding your own spin to it as well with the stasis pods which is pretty awesome. If I have any nitpicks, the support that crosses over the stairs here seems like it is placed to take people's heads off (and even does so in the video :)). Also the dramatic leap onto the cable in the video was a bit jarring and disorienting to me, I initially thought the player was hanging onto something horizonally... which made no sense.
