Aye, been very happy with it. It certainly renders things in a unique way, and the performance in low light/high ISOs is far better than I've had in the past. That dog for example was taken at 3200, which is pretty good as far as my experience with APS-C cameras goes.

Still, plenty of learning about the actual photography side of it to come. Need to start going to beautiful locations so I can get some proper environmental photography done, HP is my inspiration there. :-D

Not the most exciting subject matter (my apartment view), but had my first shot at long exposure tonight (cropped from this):

Took some time to understand the practicalities of the technique, but think I've got a handle on it now so looking forward to trying for a more interesting photograph at some point with it.

Here's one from the other night when the snow was disappearing, I grabbed it because I thought the colours were unusually beautiful. Nature's blorange — I didn't change the colours at all for this. :-D

Just got back from a few days in London. Lightroom pretty much had a heart attack when I tried to import them all, but I've been quite brutal about cutting the number I actually share down to a minimum. Only got like a quarter of the way through so I'll probably post some more when I have more time for processing later in the week.
