Content Designer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated designer with a proven track record having had experience on several projects. The right candidate should be able to demonstrate an in depth knowledge of Level Design and content creation, be a self-starter, pro-active and have demonstrable creative talent. Enthusiasm and a passion for our IP is welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

The creation and timely delivery of game content and level design

Creating innovative and original level design offering a detailed game world and engaging game play

Generating Design Documents for level specifications & resource requirements.

Overseeing quality of Game Design from conception to implementation to final polish.

Required:

A minimum of 1 shipped (360/PS3) console title in a Design position.

Ideally a 3rd person title

Must have experience designing levels and content to a high standard

Be able to write clear and concise design documentation (will expect to see examples)

Problem solver – is as good at finding solutions as they are finding problems.

Enthusiastic individual who can evangelise the game we are making within the team.

Ideal:

Triple A game development experience of a major title

Background in 3rd Person game genres

Extensive content creation experience, with a track record of engaging and high quality game levels

Marketing Artist

Position Overview:

We are looking for an exceptionally skilled, highly motivated, creative marketing artist with a proven track record in visual communication within the entertainment industry.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to produce a wide range of world-class marketing assets. From static imagery to video assets and printed publications, the candidate should be comfortable producing original materials in addition to the capture and presentation of existing content.

Required:

Strong visual awareness and artistic ability

Superb graphic design skills

Skilled video editing and production abilities

Flare for colour and composition

Experience of working in a professional creative environment

Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects (or industry equivalent)

Experience of preparing artwork for print

Knowledge of video compression & video standards

Developed communication skills

Love of games

3D Environment Artist

Position Overview:

We are looking for an exceptionally skilled and motivated team-player with a proven track record (or serious raw talent). The right candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent creative, technical and visual skill. They will be an accomplished Artist with a passion for creating believable worlds with the ability to produce stunning, high quality, efficient, real time game content.

Required:

Visual flair and talent

Expert knowledge of Max/Maya

Expert knowledge of Photoshop

Knowledge of games development pipeline/environment/engines

Self motivated, good communicator, positive can do attitude, team-player

Love of visual environment creation

Ideal:

Proven experience implementing game environments

Formal art training

All round art ability

Love of games

Concept Artist

Position Overview:

We are looking for an exceptionally skilled and motivated team-player with a proven track record in creating compelling concept art. The right candidate should be able to demonstrate outstanding all round creativity, artistic ability and imagination, with a strong focus on architecture and prop design. They will be an Artist with a passion for transforming visions into reality.

Required:

World Class visual design skills

Strong sketching, illustration and draftsmanship skills

Strong creative and visual problem solver

Experience of working in a professional creative environment (games or film)

Expert knowledge of Photoshop (or other industry standard)

Understanding of art fundamentals (space, form, light, surface, line, colour)

Self-motivated, great communicator, group focused, tenacious

Insatiable visual appetite and awareness

Loves games

Ideal:

Knowledge of games development, pipelines and processes

Experience of visual story telling – story board, colour script, composition/layout

Solid graphic design skills
