I'll start.

Videogame companies are motivated primarily by profit.

The rare videogame companies motivated to make great games and provide great gaming value for the money are often the ones that make significant long term profit:

A few examples (of different sizes):

- Valve

- Blizzard

- id (well, back in the day, anyway)

- Mojang

- etc.

incidentally the only game devs that could afford to persue such a strategy are:

- Valve

- Blizzard

- id (well, back in the day, anyway)

- Mojang

Activision/Infinity Ward ? :v

if you want to be cool with "the colleagues", get a nerf gun and ride around on a scooter in the office.

for extra coolness turn the nerf gun into a steampunk gun by glueing lego technic cogs to it

for extra coolpoints, refer to your colleagues as "game gurus"

nickname each game guru after your favorite jedi or character from big bang theory

write bugreports in klingon or that language from game of thrones (not english)

paint your nerfgun gunmetal grey and rob a bank, get shot with real guns

Haha. We did a variation of this in that we stuck extremely sharp pins to the end of each round. :-D

We have a guy that goes around the office on a Scooter. He's so fucking annoying. I sometimes do wish I had a Nail Nerf Gun to use against him on his many journeys across the office. :(
