-HP- Posted December 14, 2011 Report Posted December 14, 2011 By release Alan Wake for PC! Finished it on XBox and I loved it, this PC release is a good excuse to play it again! http://www.vg247.com/2011/12/14/alan-wa ... r-q1-2012/ Quote
Chimeray Posted December 14, 2011 Report Posted December 14, 2011 Steam too, right? I hated the game, its story and its parodies (after waiting so long for it) but it’s INDEED good for playing with a girl… in the dark and with few clothes. Lolwut, that reply Quote
-HP- Posted December 14, 2011 Author Report Posted December 14, 2011 You play with a pad, she plays with another, sounds like a fair outcome, everyone wins. Quote
Rick_D Posted December 14, 2011 Report Posted December 14, 2011 so let me get this straight, microsoft force remedy to butcher alan wake so it'll run on shitbox360. it goes from being open world adventure and exploration to being shine a torch in this direction down these tree-lined corridors, and now once their decision to go exclusive means they didn't make any money from it after a 7 year development, they decide to bring the tattered and butchered remains to PC, and we should be happy about it? lol business men. eat a dick. Puddy Posted December 14, 2011 Report Posted December 14, 2011 Still looking forward to it... it's a solid game from what I've understood. Right? Quote

Thrik Posted February 2, 2012 Report Posted February 2, 2012 Ooh, American Nightmare is coming out this month? Looking forward to that more than the PC version to be honest. Quote
Minos Posted February 2, 2012 Report Posted February 2, 2012 Funny cause I never felt compelled to finish this game. I've been playing it on and off for over a year and still haven't finished it lol. Quote
Puddy Posted February 2, 2012 Report Posted February 2, 2012 Fuck yes! It's almost here and it's nicely priced! Day 1 purchase! Quote

When you eventually finish it you'll look back and think "that was awesome". I too took like 1.5 years to finish it, though. Quote
Serenius Posted February 2, 2012 Report Posted February 2, 2012 I laughed when everyone said Alan Wake wasn't horror. Play that shit on the hardest difficulty setting available on your first play through and tell me that's not survival horror game play. Go ahead. Give it a shot. P.S. - It doesn't count if you played through the first time on normal and come back to hard mode with a mastery of the mechanics. Quote

I was playing it on Hard and the difficulty was perfect imo. Quote
