Same here. I quit because I was stuck in one mission [...] The amount of content is getting ridiculous. Just when you think they can't add more they add stock trading.

I played GTA4 completely, no problem. Except I found it rather boring. I played it a second time doing the minimum amount of side activities, to see if the story was more engaging, but it wasn't.

I was disappointed because when they announced it, I thought the story would be darker than usual, instead it's the same stuff of cartoony characters.

I am actually disappointed by all these side-activities in 5... i mean, being a completionist this could suck my life when I'll put my hands on the pad

Only thing that could limit me, is the fact they went back and put all that stuff reminescent of San Andreas, which is the only GTA I couldn't find the will to play.

Tactical combat and pulling off heists looks fun. Rest looks meh. Probably won't buy/won't care about it when it comes out. Sandbox games in general offer too little direction for me to be interesting.

 

But I guess people want it so they can ride helicopters while shooting RPGs at buildings or whatever, I don't think I ever understood the GTA games very well.

I'm sorry I don't obey your draconian standards for what "fun" is, but go ahead if you want to base jump cliffsides while taking in-game screenshots on your in-game phone that you will hang in your in-game apartment. I'd rather be doing that in real life than have a poor man's simulator of it. #burn
