Opinions/suggestions for a new desk

Anyone out here have opinions on a good desk? I'm looking to replace the current piece of crap one I have. I don't really have a budget, but the ideal Anthro unit is well out of my price range.

I'm looking for something I can fit at least three monitors on, but also have plenty of work space left over. Also needs to house a mid-tower case and keep it away from the ground. While I'm sure there's plenty of potential in doing a custom IKEA Jerker desk, I'd rather have a pre-packaged solution.

Ones I'm currently considering:

L-Shaped Techni Mobili - I like the styling and it sounds pretty sturdy. Problem is it's not designed to use the corner piece to house the monitors and keyboard, which is what I'm looking for. Also, it might be a bit large for the 10x10 room I'll be using it in.

Anyone have any suggestions? I think an L-shaped desk would be ideal.

My setup: I purchased a plain sturdy door for cheap and two strong trestles. Then I glued and bolted the trestles under the door, used the doornob hole to make the wires go under the table and it sits flush to the walls. Covered it all up with a rubber mat nailed to the underside purchased at a fabrics store.

Strongest, biggest and most comfortable table I have ever had, on the cheap.

It's the sturdiest desk I've ever had. Seriously I could climb on top of that thing and jump up and down and everything would be still in the same place as before.

And it cost like half of one of those flimsy desks you'll find on the market.

I have a door desk as well, though I put a mahogany veneer over it to make it look all executive and shit.
