blackdog Posted April 18, 2015 Report Posted April 18, 2015 Gravedig, sorry, but by chance found this and it's yesterday's news Ryan Gosling to star with Harrison Ford in Blade Runner sequel? The Drive star, who recently released his directorial debut Lost River, is being lined for the sci-fi sequel, according to Variety. Ford will reprise his role as replicant bounty hunter Rick Deckard but apparently will not be the star of the film. Not much is known about the plot except that it will take place several decades after the original. Metro Quote

FMPONE Posted April 19, 2015 Report Posted April 19, 2015 I don't mind Gosling after Drive. Bring it on blackdog and jaboo224 2 Quote
Sprony Posted April 19, 2015 Report Posted April 19, 2015 Scott hasn't made a good film in years. Visually impressive, yes, but they all lack some serious substance. Especially storywise he drops the ball a lot. Now I respect the man and I love his earlier work but his last real good movie was American Gangster. So him not directing it gives me more hope for this installment. Quote
blackdog Posted April 19, 2015 Report Posted April 19, 2015 I'll second that but I'd go further back, I remember not liking American Gangster and before that Kingdom of Heaven was a pile of shit. Gonna watch the American Gangster again at some point, to see if it was just me at that time. Also I love most of his older work but if I go through his filmography, it's more like one good and one bad... Quote
D3ads Posted April 25, 2015 Report Posted April 25, 2015 Kingdom of Heaven was a pile of shit. Watch the directors cut, there's a world of difference... jaboo224 1 Quote

2d-chris Posted December 20, 2016 Report Posted December 20, 2016 I see orange and red, am I missing something? The ony shot that could resemble blorange that I see is more bleach bypass D: I think it looks classy as feck. Quote
-HP- Posted December 20, 2016 Report Posted December 20, 2016 ahah, yeah that's what I meant. Scenes are either tinted of full blue or full orange. xD The original Blade Runner was heavily tinted as well, I was just being a jerk. TheOnlyDoubleF and 2d-chris 2 Quote
2d-chris Posted December 20, 2016 Report Posted December 20, 2016 Probably a little over saturated that's for sure Who knows what the final grade will be anyhoo. I'm hyped for this for some reason. TheOnlyDoubleF 1 Quote
blackdog Posted December 20, 2016 Report Posted December 20, 2016 (edited) Can't wait, saw the trailer up in my stream and got all excited. Need to watch again on the big TV when I get back home tomorrow. The best thing tho is that the movie is directed by my last year's favourite pick. I don't think Villeneuve had yet bombed one of his films. Edited December 20, 2016 by blackdog Quote
