Google Chrome forum display issue...

Anyone else getting this?? It only does this on one of my computers, all of which use chrome. Additionally, it only recently started doing this... I'm stumped. IETabs fixes it. Cleared cookies.

Comp is a HP Elitebook 8740w... i5 with a ATI FirePro M7820 graphics card.

this happens to me usually if the internet connection is wonky, but a simple refresh fixes it?!
