Hammer shortcuts not responsive?

Hey all,

I've been a bit of a lurker - but i had a question about hammer that i was hoping you guys could help me with! So, it seems that my keyboard shortcuts aren't very responsible. For example, Shift + B doesn't always work immediately. It takes a few tries, but my keyboard is actually working normally. Has anybody had this problem before? Thanks in advance!

Do you have a 360 controller plugged in? Check that or other input devices; unplugging my controller fixed it.

It was introduced in a semi-recent SDK update... no idea what happened, or if they've even been able to fix it since then. (I'll re-bug my man on the inside )

hey everyone, i had the same prob with my keyboard! I just fixed it. Thanks for the solution

my shortcuts became reliably unresponsive when i moved from vista 32 bit to win 7 64, and i don't have any controllers plugged in.

my solution is to just press every button 8 times in succession.
