Bunglo Posted March 22, 2011 Report Posted March 22, 2011 awesome cant wait to play around with it its a smart/necessary move cant let epic and unity sponge up the entire market ! Yep yep, this should also really help expand the amount of people using CE3 compared to CE2. The mod community behind CE2 is at a decent size but the amount of total conversion mods released with it is extremely small (if there's any out there.) I actually don't know of any that are released. Quote
AlexM Posted March 22, 2011 Report Posted March 22, 2011 can't wait, really looking forward to playing with it this summer Quote
madgernader Posted March 22, 2011 Report Posted March 22, 2011 I actually don't know of any that are released. Mechwarrior Living Legends is the one I can think of off the top of my head... (as a total conversion) Quote
Furyo Posted March 22, 2011 Report Posted March 22, 2011 I actually don't know of any that are released. Mechwarrior Living Legends is the one I can think of off the top of my head... (as a total conversion) Yeah and 3 of that team were picked up by Crytek in the past year. Quote
Bunglo Posted March 22, 2011 Report Posted March 22, 2011 Forgot about MLL, had some interaction with one of the guys who worked (works?) on it in the past. I think one of the reasons for the small number of mods was simply do to support issues. Crytek will have a lot more investment with their CE3 SDK so continuous updates/support for it shouldn't be a problem, that's what I'm hoping anyway. Quote
