Hi there, im new here and i want to say "Hi" to everyone

and i have a request, can anyone post some links where i can find nice sci-fi (future) design elements ?

i was looking in google, but what i can find is only some nice digital paintings, but not as detailed as i would want to, i tried star treck movie and staff like that, but any help would be great

I have yet to see an artist really nail the clean look that Moon and 2001 Space Odyssey have. Many have tried but usually specularity maps never seemed to be tuned just right. I tried with philipk's set a bit tuning it with the material editor but I ended up making a mess of my connections and ended up scratching the approach.

But yeah honestly, Sunshine and Moon are my favorite for sci fi references. Alien look has been overdone alot.

I think the bigger problem with getting the moon look is how lighting interacts when you have surfaces that are bright, needs some kick ass GI
