blackdog Posted January 11, 2019 Report Posted January 11, 2019 Best sound editing for a trailer movie was just decent, but hey, there's worse Quote

No idea how the second is rated 80/100on metascore. Annihilation was weird. Came out of the movie theater hating it, and then couldn't stop thinking about it for weeks blackdog, -HP- and PogoP 3 Quote
JasonStarr Posted February 4, 2019 Report Posted February 4, 2019 Honestly speaking, I haven't watched a movie for a long time, except the video on YouTube. In Fortnaite, 10 million people watched a DJ concert. Here is a tin. Quote
blackdog Posted February 9, 2019 Report Posted February 9, 2019 Finally was in the mood a few nights back and watched the new IT It’s probably best enjoyed by people that haven’t read the book, or read it in their youth. Having finished it not long ago I was a bit that guy that notices everything is different from the book Quote
JasonStarr Posted February 11, 2019 Report Posted February 11, 2019 The man of the future began to watch the show, oh, so vulgar, but so funny;) Quote
blackdog Posted February 16, 2019 Report Posted February 16, 2019 This movie is fucking A - Fargo 2 pretty much El Moroes and FrieChamp 2 Quote
cyberjunkie Posted February 19, 2019 Report Posted February 19, 2019 I have been watching The Umbrella Academy. It has its loopholes and it picks up ideas from movies and shows we've seen before. Having said that, I like the style, the acting and the production value. It's an effortless watch. It's active, colourful and funny all at the same time. I've been watching two episodes at a time and I'll be watching episode 6 next. Quote
cyberjunkie Posted April 3, 2019 Report Posted April 3, 2019 I finished watching Russian Doll last night. It was entertaining and unique in its own way. The style and theme is nice. It didn't end the season with a huge bang, but the whole experience and length of episode is just right. It ends every episode on a cliffhanger, but neatly. I'm also watching Drive to Survive. It's nice and makes you want to follow F1 again. Quote
blackdog Posted April 3, 2019 Report Posted April 3, 2019 (edited) NowTV movie pass is increasing price on the 5th so tried to get some stuff out of my watchlist: yep, got to 36 without ever seeing Taxi Driver before it's uncanny how much the love interest reminds me of Brie Larson, yet is much prettier (don’t like Larson). I can see why this is a cult movie, whilst I really didn’t like The Hunter when I saw it (not that I want to compare orange to apples but just saying since both are young DeNiro movies and both are considered milestones). Red Sparrow was unexpectedly long and explicit Baby Driver starts with a bang and ends in a fart Some more weeks ago watched Marathon Man and found it really disappointing, I think the whole film is a huge plot-hole. FMPONE Posted April 4, 2019 Report Posted April 4, 2019 Started watching The Expanse on Prime video. seems pretty cool. Had to turn on Closed Captioning though, because the audio mixing is not the best. Quote
Geno Posted April 8, 2019 Report Posted April 8, 2019 (edited) Daniel Sloss Live Shows (Netflix) Specifically 2nd Episode (Jigsaw) He apparently caused more than 31000 couples to break up after watching the show. but everything he says makes sense. https://www.netflix.com/in/title/80223685 Edited April 8, 2019 by GenoCide Quote
FMPONE Posted April 20, 2019 Report Posted April 20, 2019 I watched Shahzam. Somehow, despite all the odds, they turned even this nothing bore of a character into a great movie. It seems Hollywood just has movies figured out and down to a science. Almost all of these superhero movies feel the same and yet don’t suck and get the right laughs at the right moments to keep you engaged. It’s kinda crazy. I’m convinced they could make a movie about literally anything at this point, run it through their algorithm and come out with something decently watchable for just under two hours. Quote
