Watching the TV show Fringe. Surprisingly good if you like stuff like the xfiles

Until which season? Because at that time of the first couple of seasons i was too young and sent to bed by my parents. I remember seeing a few episodes of one of the latest (8?) and there was terrible stuff (the episode with ghosts and the meta-narration with them ending up in a movie).

 

Btw it's a long time plan now to get the collection and watch until it's good.

X-files were rock solid until at least the end of season 7. Shit was mad tight, way better than Fringe. I still can't get over how cheesy Fringe is, I cringe every time I try to watch an episode.

That's true it's not quite as good as the xfiles but it's one of the best in the science-reality fictiony genre.

 

Then again I was really into Sliders and the new Outer Limits 

 

 

Edit: Also season 8 of xfiles is brutal, not a good place to start.

Really crazy story! Very fucked up, just the way I like it (that's what she said!) 

 

Everything was good besides the terrible acting by everyone but the protagonist and the "villain". 

 

 

 

Victoria wakes with a head-ache and bandaged wrists,pills spilled on the floor. A strange sign is flickering on the television but she can remember nothing. Outside she meets Jem, a young woman who explains that the signal on the television set comes from the White Bear transmitter. It has turned most of the population into voyeurs who do nothing but watch and sometimes film as a deadly elite known as the hunters kill those unaffected by the signal,such as Jem and Victoria. Escaping from a hunter they reach the White Bear transmitter,which they intend to destroy. However the White Bear set-up is not what it first appears and nor is Victoria.

White Bear was one of the weaker episodes imho, the whole setup was just crazy stupid to me...
