hoax... if it were real, you'd have infinite energy in that water wheel. i've seen other structures like these before, it's an optical illusion.

I think the structure is real and only looks right from the one perfect angle, but the water has to be CGI — there's no way it can work in the way that's depicted. The water and wheel do look kind of CGI-ish anyway. That or he's cleverly blended a few videos together, where in one the structure is held in such a way the water can run, and in another the wheel is spinning.

Elaborate and cool, whatever the case!
