Ugh it's BF fucking 3. Stop shovelling in that Rush mode from BC2 where it belongs.

Let me shed some light on why I dislike this mode in general:

It goes against what Battlefield is supposed to be about. It is supposed to be about open conquest where you can flank and go about doing what you want at any point - it gives you choice and what rush does is funnel you down a narrow linear path of boringness.

as for rush, IMO it simulates in quite good way the pressure on battlefield, ok you're right you don't have that freedom, but still you need to FUCKING think how to take or defent that mcom shit, i had some really nice maches in rush mode, so i like that mode !!!

I think the main problem with Rush is that most veterans haven't given Rush much of a chance, nor considered that its BF3 incarnation is most likely going to play a lot better than BC2's because, well, it's BF3.

With that said I still think Conquest was the more fun mode in BC2 and thoroughly expect that to remain the case. It's quite simply the definitive Battlefield experience for me, giving everything the game can offer and offering maximum choice in play style. Hopefully it won't have been neglected in favour of Rush.
