I don't drink that much caffeine anymore. I used to down at least 3 sodas a day (from a can) then I would have like a 48 or 64 oz drink from 7-11 or AM/PM full of soda and what not. Now that i've reduced my caffeine intake to no more than one soda a day (i try to just drink iced tea or green tea instead of soda) and now i have more energy, go to sleep earlier, and stay asleep longer.

In Louisianna when I lived there...coke was big.

Like you'd go up to a drive-thru...and you'd say you wanted a coke....and they would reply what kind...from there you would specify "dr. pepper"

At least dr. pepper made in texas is made from real sugar cane.

doesn't ice tea have mad caffeine in it?

It contains like 47 milligrams of caffeine compared to Dr. Deppers 41, but that is brewed iced tea. I drink the brisk iced tea which only contains 9 mg and green tea is 15. 8 oz servings by the way.

Do any of you guys get the same buzz from whatever caffeine vehicle (Tea, coffee, coke...) you use now, compared to a while back. Whoa. Cryptic question. I just can't get the same effects from caffeine anymore, unless in pill form. Immune, I guess, which sucks, since I am not immune to sleep yet.

Ginseng (liquid) is not half bad though, although the effect is a bit short lived... :o As is splashing ice cold water in the face... :roll:
