THQ online application

I would like to apply to THQ but in order to maximize my chances of even getting them to look at my resume, I would like to hear your opinion..

Should I include a cover letter with the resume even if it is not specified?

I think its a good idea to only include what is specified. If you dont you might be overlooked because they might think you didnt even read the application form correctly.

to thq the publisher ? like for a desk and paper job ?! or to an actual dev team ?

if its for an application to a dev team skip the cover page and go straight to the eyecandy ! and i mean "STRAIGHT" to it !
