Never saw the original. All I know is the last scene in the movie is the only time cinema has managed to get my adrenaline running and heart pounding the first time I saw it.

Thanks guys, I've seen pretty much everything list, so we ended up watching Audition. That's one fucked up (but good) movie! Didnt realise it was the same director as Ichy The Killer, I must check out more of this guy's stuff!

I pity you for having watched the American remake first. Just watch the original (Rec), you'll love it with all it's glory.
