So myself and a few buds are down in town for GDC and wanted to hit up some stuff. We're gonna be around town tonight and are gonna be at Lefty O'Doul's tonight a bit after 7:00. It's an Irish place pretty close to the Moscone center.

My studio will be there with Crytek @ Crytek's booth as well as in the Independent Games Festival with Crytek. I'll be at either of the booths off and on all 3 days, getting drunk at random places or running around like a fucking idiot. If anyone would like to meet up let me know... PMing me might be the easiest or just swing by. I have a bunch of the guys on the team with me and we'll be showing off Nexuiz and the CryEngine 3 toolset... we love to discuss our techniques and things like that if anyone is interested always feel free to come chat.

As of now I'm still planning on going up but only for Thursday as my daughter has had a high fever since Sunday and my wife and I are taking turns watching her all week...so i might not even make it up all this year but we'll see.

If I do make it up, I will be moderating a GDC panel on European payment processing for F2P/Online games as part of the Live Gamer / Moneybookers event. On the surface that is totally a zzz topic but I have learned that Europe is an even more complex market than most US publishers realize (gee, really?), many of whom apparently are struggling to monetize their online etc games. Anyway, not exactly HL2:EP3 unveil press conference caliber stuff...but whatever...
