Guys I got a mail from Valve for a beta key of Dota. But they ask me to do a survey first.

is there someone with the same email and does the link to the survey work for you?

Alright, found the solution. If you restart steam and copy the text of the email in a chat window, you can click on it.

survey actually discouraged me to play the game... wtf i didn't know any of the stuff.

Well that was confusing at best. Why couldn't they just have a "I dun no nuttin" tick box at the top.

I don't get how I'm supposed to get to the survey, I got the link, tried pasting into chat window, tried searching it too.

Edit: I had to shut steam down and start is using the link for it to work.

That did it, it just wouldn't let me open it from the gmail widget on igoogle, I guess.

it asks you some very basic dota questions like what your favorite heroes and how much money and kills you usually accumulate in a game.
