The Illusion of Distance and its Consequences - Article

Hello there!

I wrote an article about the "illusion of distance" in games. In other words; how the context of, for example, NPCs make you act in certain situations. The idea for this article came about when I read a book for a usability course at the University, and I thought it was interesting to apply in games.

You can read the full article at http://www.ticktockboom.se/blog

I'd love to discuss it with you guys, if you have something to add :)

I'm new around here, but I don't see all that many game design threads going, so let's try this!

Cheers!
