Taylor Posted November 24, 2010 Report Posted November 24, 2010 If I could be bothered I'd do an image that said: What I brought: Borderlands What I expected: Diablo + Guns What I got: World of Warcraft + Guns I know they meant "weapons have random stats" when referencing Diablo. But when I think of Diablo I think of randomly generated levels, a quality over quantity approach to quests, and Pindlebots. Quote
Serenius Posted November 26, 2010 Report Posted November 26, 2010 Donkey Kong Country Returns. This shit is bananas! Quote
syver Posted November 27, 2010 Report Posted November 27, 2010 Playing Donkey Kong. The game is too difficult for me and the motion controls aren't making it any easier. It's a shame they sacrificed precision for motion controls when it doesn't really add to the experience. The game looks amazing and has some extremely clever stages, despite the difficulty spikes and a few repetitious boss fights. I'm probably not going to finish it... Quote
dux Posted November 27, 2010 Report Posted November 27, 2010 Back to the witcher, 54 hours in. Needed a big boys PC rpg again Two Worlds was just... what. Quote
deceiver Posted November 27, 2010 Report Posted November 27, 2010 Dang 54 hours? took me about 35 to complete I think. Quote

dux Posted November 28, 2010 Report Posted November 28, 2010 Dang 54 hours? took me about 35 to complete I think. Did you even play it? Quote

Nysuatro Posted November 28, 2010 Report Posted November 28, 2010 Playing Bioshock 1. I hope I will finish it now before I get bored of the gameplay. Is bioshock 2 better then the first one? Quote
-HP- Posted November 28, 2010 Report Posted November 28, 2010 Playing Bioshock 1. I hope I will finish it now before I get bored of the gameplay. Is bioshock 2 better then the first one? Bioshock1 is a gameplay gem. And the setting is very original. Give it a couple of hours and it will grow on you. I'm playing b2 atm, but is pretty much the same with a few refinements. Quote
ElectroSheep Posted November 28, 2010 Report Posted November 28, 2010 Gunfights are more interesting in the second. Quote
dux Posted November 28, 2010 Report Posted November 28, 2010 Gunfights are more interesting in the second. That's the only thing that's better in the second one. Bioshock 2 is possibly the most pointless sequel ever made. Quote
ElectroSheep Posted November 28, 2010 Report Posted November 28, 2010 You have a lot of small details that's make the game more enjoyable to play, like the pirating system which is a loooot less boring, and you don't have to switch between plasmid and gun anymore. For me, it's one of the game I enjoyed the most this year but it's probably because I played it just after playing the first one. Quote
