ReNo Posted July 20, 2010 Report Posted July 20, 2010 This is looking totally friggin' sweet! I love pirate games, I love blue skies, I love stylised cartoony graphics, and I love seeing a bunch of guys as talented as you lot taking the plunge into the indie scene As mentioned the anims are holding back the presentation a little in their current state, but they're perfectly adequate for a prototype. Everything else is looking spot on. What is your plan of action with this; are you guys still employed elsewhere or is this now a full time effort for you? I think what you guys have done so far is looking absolutely ace, and I wish you all the best of luck getting that Unity Pro prize! Quote
FrieChamp Posted July 21, 2010 Report Posted July 21, 2010 Thanks mate! What is your plan of action with this; are you guys still employed elsewhere or is this now a full time effort for you? If the prototype strikes a chord it might become a full time effort for us! Quote

I know that's not the case but the look of the game really makes you see it like that. Lookin good tho Quote

e-freak Posted August 13, 2010 Report Posted August 13, 2010 The typo is still ugly as hell. Enough of the rant: I like the page, keep it comin! Quote
skdr Posted August 24, 2010 Report Posted August 24, 2010 I just saw the new screenshots and I gotta say this main character girl doesn't fit in your beautiful world design at all. I would go with a lot more stylized design, something along the lines of TF2, clear silhouettes etc. Think about TF2'ish fat pirate girl with fake beard. Do it. Quote
FrieChamp Posted October 1, 2010 Report Posted October 1, 2010 It's about time...yarr! Quote
Taylor Posted October 1, 2010 Report Posted October 1, 2010 http://www.exitstrategyentertainment.co ... teaser.jpg IT'S PIRATE TIME No Dad Cool! Although I won't be able to check it out in October... but I will put forward my feedback that she needs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fCytwRbzwQA. Actually May is a good spunky sky pirate reference, lots of subtle things (like her crow's nest air dash animation), but probably too late now. Quote
Tisky Posted October 1, 2010 Report Posted October 1, 2010 I LOVE the graphics! I can´t believe this is and indie game, looks so frigging great! Quote
