Actually really been looking forward to this one. I mocked the first game a lot when it came out, but after I actually played it (With a lil help from the Achievement Addiction™) then it actually turned out to be a lot of fun. The main character was generic as hell, and it looked like a glorified PS2 game most of the time. But there were bits where the action was absolutely stunning and over the top, and times where it looked better than any game out there at the time.

Anyway, this new one looks better on every front, and the entire focus on the grapple hook and more physics based fooling around looks like great additions to the first. Really love that there's almost a sub-genre of the sandbox game that's all focused on just having fun and not dwelling too much on theme and story, with stuff like this, Red Faction and Crackdown.

Plus it's Pappa Square that's releasing it, so I hope it does well on that front as well :D

Yeah holy crap I enjoyed the demo supermuch. Don't know if there are any missions or story or whatever, couldn't care less about that.

dude try the missions, i got into one where you have to chase a convoy, you hang on to a helicopter and then have to jump from car to car while shit around you is exploding etc, it's so awsome!

I played both ps3 and pc demos, probably going to get the ps3 one because the controls feel better with a controller i think. Can't wait til it's out!!!!

I stole a choppa but it got shot down. I did one mission where you blow up some bio fuel thing, that was fun :tinfoil:

Minos, go straight to JC2, the first one was not fun at all if you ask me :(

Great... the demo won't run for me. I have 464 GB free space and the demo says not enough free space on my disk o__O

I've looked around in the steam forums but no success so far. I think I'll try the 360 demo instead.

That's weird. I just tried it again and it works now. Demo is really fun :D I hate the grappling hook controls though. I wish they had done it the way bionic commando did (press jump to get on higher places).
