Man work is great, even better than I expected. I really hope to see more mapcore people at blizzard in the future :).

Irvine is very boring though, it really is corporationtown USA. I think I'll get a car in a while and move somewhere nicer, maybe close to the beach =).

Yeah, read on up Irvine recently, kinda sounds like it's all business, very little pleasure. But when you're working at Blizzard, then who cares ;)

Oh and let the core in there, we need agents everywhere :ninja:

I know of one who was hired at Blizzard around november.

Bioware established itself in Edmonton and made some of the greatest RPGs ever. I think we're on to something. Of course it could also be that there is no income tax to pay so that attracts people. Then again it's also Canada's national suicide capital....

This is the price you pay. Work for a cool company with great conditions and environment, but you have to live in a dullhole full of people that blend in with the furniture. :cthulhu:

Hah not really, apparently Irvine is kinda safe from it, but there's supposed to be small earthquakes here now and then, but from what I hear you hardly notice them.. it's like someone heavy is running through the hallway or so.
