Somehow I have broken the source model browser

Don't know what the hell I have done but I did something to the model browser in l4d and can't get all the box's or areas back. lol. Really odd one this but no one so far knows what I a done to it.

can anyone help?

Does it work if you change to the old browser, restart, and change back?

nope I have been stuck with the old file layout one

I did this before... Trying to remember the fix...

Ah!

Go to common\left 4 dead\sdk(tools?)\bin, and find Hammer.exe. In the same folder look for "hammer.vdf". Delete (rename) this file. Restart SDK and Hammer.
