Pampers Posted May 19, 2010 Report Posted May 19, 2010 they could atleast have put some effort into making a decent trailer Quote
Rick_D Posted May 19, 2010 Report Posted May 19, 2010 Interesting feature but I hope that lots of details will be fixed (animations, hostages models and such...) i have no problem with killing dogs - why you guys so butthurt? my problem is the horrible lag, the strange animation glitching, the fact it looks like modern warfare on Source (the irony) and the general chaos of it. still the koreans will probably lap it up. an old friend of mine is actually working on it, and apparently they are doing some god awful hours Quote
Zacker Posted May 19, 2010 Report Posted May 19, 2010 What is up with all the dog killing hate? Not that I condone it as such, but I thought that had been acceptable in video games since Wolfenstein 3d? Quote
AlexM Posted May 19, 2010 Report Posted May 19, 2010 I remember having similar muzzle flash issues Does anyone know if it's round based or continuous? Quote
Defrag Posted May 19, 2010 Report Posted May 19, 2010 It looks like someone playing back a source demo that was recorded with 900 ping on a 14.4k connection -_- Quote
skdr Posted May 20, 2010 Report Posted May 20, 2010 It's really embarrassing to see stuff like this go out. Everything's wrong in that trailer. Quote
Seldoon182 Posted May 20, 2010 Report Posted May 20, 2010 Another fail gameplay footage http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xdbbcg ... es?start=1 Vehicles, dogs, take pnj as hostage and such everything sounds right on paper... I'm sad... Quote
-HP- Posted May 20, 2010 Report Posted May 20, 2010 Why are the videos like x5 speed?! It feels like CS on steroids. Quote
Seldoon182 Posted May 27, 2010 Report Posted May 27, 2010 Gooseman interview on Gamasutra. In retrospect, I think my biggest mistake was not looking hard enough for extra developers to help out on the project. I think a lot of that had to do with my poor planning and not realizing it was going to take four years to produce the content. Very interesting for ppl who want come up and make their own indie game! Quote
⌐■_■ Posted May 27, 2010 Report Posted May 27, 2010 I'm still pretty anxious to play the game. it's obvious that it needs much more polishing as far as gameplay mechanics and graphical improvements go but it's the concept I'm really interested in and what I think this is all about. I would really like to see more depth in online FPS games (although MW2 came pretty close I guess). Quote
Taylor Posted May 28, 2010 Report Posted May 28, 2010 Oh, Gamasutra, what has happened to you? I think it will go alright for him. It's easy to forget, but CS is still going strong, and those players will be interested in TI. Quote
