Grinwhrl Posted December 18, 2009 Report Posted December 18, 2009 Sweet, so essically its MW2 within BFBC2 gameplay, not a bad thing. Its nice to see a new gamemode. Quote
Bic-B@ll Posted December 18, 2009 Report Posted December 18, 2009 i just beat bad company 1 on the 360 and while the lighting, sounds, vehicles and destruction were cool and look even cooler in bc2, theres just something about the mechanics that dont feel solid. mw2 nailed the atmosphere and just the feeling of being in action and being part of the game while the bf series just doesnt have that. i think its just the way the engine works or something. ill still give it a try though Quote

If not, your opinion is invalid because the sp was boring . The mp was just as fun as mw1 and 2. Except MW really needs a game mode with fixed spawn locations. It just gets fucking annoying, and there are rarely ever any large constant firefights in mw2. Quote
Zyn Posted December 19, 2009 Report Posted December 19, 2009 http://www.destructoid.com/being-more-t ... 8239.phtml Gasp! What's this? More BF:BC2 info? Hell yes it is! Oh, and about half way: Interestingly, EA and DICE have introduced a new feature for the game. Called Realism mode, body parts can be more realistically damaged, and it take fewer shots to make a kill. Friendly fire is on, there is no kill cam, mini map is gone, enemies don't show up with icons, and there is no crosshair. It is a mode for people well beyond my skill level, and the ranking here should help separate the wheat from the chaff. Modern Battlefield 2 Quote

Modern Battlefield 2 This would make sense had they not changed the damage from the first game. If they further up the weapon lethality on top of what I experienced in the beta, you're gonna drop guys in 1 or 2 shots. Not sure how I feel about it, unless they really take the location damage all the way... Quote
Rick_D Posted December 19, 2009 Report Posted December 19, 2009 It's not a mandatory mode. Sounds slightly like Hardcore mode in CoD, which is the only proper way to play that game. Quote

Thrik Posted December 19, 2009 Report Posted December 19, 2009 It's called realism mode for a reason. Quote
