Not really a level, but a small UE4 scene I wanted to make for my portfolio. First time doing something like this.

There's still some work to do on the materials but I wanted to get the right mood first with the lighting.

I've been working on my map Retail (Set in a shopping mall under renovation) for over a year now, detailing is finaly beginning!

I have always wanted to make/see CS/DoD maps where civilians would make an appearance and like take cover before action begins to liven up the map a bit

Well I could try to make the civilians run if you shoot at them! (I'll have to think about this though since it seems a little dark) I doubt I could make them die though since they are models and not NPC's (This is how the Portal Stories: MEL dev's added the humans at the beginning), so running will hopefully do

Maybe is possible to use the chicken AI, they run when shooting happens around them XD

PS: just for clarity in my head I had always imagined something like this to be scripted

Well, I think I have an Idea.

I'll try to make an invisible trigger box around them that if shot, makes the citizens run away in a scripted direction

Victoria as in any particular place? Just thinking doesn't look like Victoria train station in London nor Victoria British Columbia capital

just a general central london theme. Victoria has strong enough connotations while not being direct (de_london/De_thames )

This will feel close to home then, had lunch with some friends in that galleria and walked around a few other times  to be fair London is practically an endless source in terms of possible map scenarios.
