I like it, i did like already the first footage. Seems a good improvement on a few other games I've played. Any particular inspiration for the gameplay?

Graphic wise, although if it's nice, I would spend an extra effort making it more chrisp and "HD"... or go more low-fi, more "8-bit" if you know what I mean. Right now sits a bit in between, that reminds me of the two games I worked on, and I think that works against the distribution, I mean a lot of people might just go past it.

Gameplay wise I'm not sure I understand the screen at 15 sec... is it like a launchpad?

I'm not sure where it all came from, it was during a brainstorm for a gamejam with the theme 'Beneath the surface' where I got to thinking about moles and how I love digging no matter if it's animals, game mechanics or just general digging. Someone mentioned darkness during the brainstorm and suddenly we ended up in space where we soon linked them together, we wanted a digging mole in space and then it kind of grew from there. Also I've always loved planetary gravitation.

That is some good input on the graphics, I will forward that to our artists. It would be a shame if the game went by unnoticed by the masses. Not sure we have time or budget to rehaul it but we will definitely discuss it.

At 15 seconds there is a black hole which serves as the portal between the different worlds, the animation for entering and going out of the black hole is pretty long and it would destroy the pacing of the trailer to view the whole thing, though now it confuses instead, will keep that in mind for the next trailer.

Thanks a lot for the reply! :)

Hello! I'm quite new to this website, but i wanted to share something with you guys.

DE_OASIS (WIP)

Very early screenshot. The fence columns still need smoothing groups and more detail.

I have the layout done already, will post up later on.

Sorry.. I don't know how to do spoilers :o

Hey, that's cool!

I would add some beveling to the horizontal trims, as well as trying to sharpen the shapes a bit, get some more angular bits to contrast some of the nice bends and smooth areas. Cool start !

looks really nice - really looking forward to see lite redone in csgo

the opened up version looks really nice but it seems hard to find a nice envirement setting for this without making it look too much like existing sandy maps - also opening up the side of A site also means you cannot bounce grenades of the walls which might be essential at the site

the shipyard theme is cool but it may look too much like every other map in the end, although I see you try to switch things up a little

if you go with a industrial setting maybe you could go with a refinery named "Lite" with a little flame in the logo or something if you dont mind the suggestion :) - maybe just make it part of the skybox as an eyecatcher and for map orientation

I don't know I always think of something like that for this map

keep it up, I see potential in lite :>

The Cuban beach looks kind of Tf2-ish, which i like!

I think you should go with that theme, just make it a little bit brighter :)

The really hard part is that when you have the layout done already, making it look natural is really hard, for example those blocks.

You get stuck on decisions - Should i make that a cliff? Should that be a container?
