Lord Ned Posted November 21, 2009 Report Posted November 21, 2009 Robert: The smoke/fog behind the boat looks more like bad flare smoke from HL2:Ep1 than real smoke. I think it needs some more depth? Quote
dux Posted November 21, 2009 Report Posted November 21, 2009 First shot with the bids is excellent.I have no complaints. Quote
VoodooBenshee Posted November 22, 2009 Report Posted November 22, 2009 yeah, fantastic game and the editor is amazing =) the only crappy thing is the connection between town and your dungeon, but works now. the level is already playable (monsters, loot ect). next thing i´ll try is the questsystem and a boss area Quote
TermInator525 Posted November 22, 2009 Report Posted November 22, 2009 a (for me) 2 Day Contest. The theme is a mine without restriction of any kind. 9hrs of work. Quote
Em' Posted November 22, 2009 Report Posted November 22, 2009 WOW Terminator, I love your work ! Really good ! It's a very good immersion on a mine, I feel so deep the atmosphere and darkness of the space ! Kind of a great genius ! Quote
Nysuatro Posted November 22, 2009 Report Posted November 22, 2009 Its a bit too lit for being in a cave to my opinion. Quote
TermInator525 Posted November 22, 2009 Report Posted November 22, 2009 thats hdrr. But yeah its maybe a bit too bright. Quote
voodoochopstiks Posted November 23, 2009 Report Posted November 23, 2009 Bobby B: That looks really really awesome! Very moody scene, and quite delicious! Tried to look for things to fix, but it wasn't easy. Viking funerals always bring a tear to my eye The ravens are a nice touch, perhaps a real path/road next to the house, leading up the mountain, along most of the torches might be a nice addition? Benshee, cool to see torchlight stuff in the works. Looks promising! Terminator: Maybe turn down the contrast a bit? The darks are very dark, and the brights very bright, it's hard to get a sense for the place. Maybe add some subtle fog in as well? Quote
TermInator525 Posted November 23, 2009 Report Posted November 23, 2009 a grayish fog is already in there you fool (2nd picture, light gray in the background ) i only have to tweak the hdr settings. And well no photoshop work in here, scaled down 100% screenshots. Quote
