Dodger, everything is just too flat, walls, ground, roofs. There's also some very odd texture alignments. In other words, it needs detailing.

sk3tch, looks great. Just make sure you wont use the most used textures there, map feels very bland to me if it reminds too much of HL2 or CS:S maps. Nothing bad to say now tho, keep it going! :banjo:

I really like the ledges beneath and above the doors and windows - very authentic. It's cool to see some traditionally-American architecture in Source, instead of the typical European stuff we saw in HL2 and countless maps for its mods.

...Should i go with custom plaster I made or stick to HL2 brick?

Looks sexy mate, though I would remove or replace the handrailings on the upper platforms. Looks a bit out of place...

Loving those lights. Although the red one looks a bit out of place as well.

The mix of different lighting styles might be a bit wild (I see outdoor day lighting, a spotlight, a red emergency lighting type of light ... in just this one shot), but overall very intriguing! What is it anyway?

Curious to see where this goes :)
