Hallo to you :)

I'm Dan, I've been a silent lurker around here for quite some time now, and figured this thread would be a nice way to introduce myself. I'm currently studying game design on university level here in Stockholm, at a school called Futuregames Academy.

Awesome looking levels, but I strongly suggest to change the navigation!! I was irritated at first because I couldn't find a section with more samples of your work. It took me 2 minutes to see that there is a scroll bar at the bottom and the site continues to the right.

Lots of high quality work in here for sure. I for one kind of enjoyed the unconventional navigation, but since it's not obvious I suggest you make it more clear that the page continue, because it would be a shame if they missed out the rest of your work because of something as simple as page layout.

Welcome Dan!

That's some nice work you got there. But I'd like to know why UT3 mappers put so much visual noise/contrast in their maps. That's one of the reasons I can't stand playing it too much to be honest. The Bad Vibrations level looks specially busy. The starkstrom level on the other hand looks cool, has a nice atmosphere and seems to have the right amount of details and depth. The Warsow map is my favourite of the bunch. It looks amazing and stylish. That's a Quake 3 based game isn't it?

Lastly, I agree with others. Make the horizontal scroll nature more visible because I'd never notice it if others didn't mention it here.

i hadn't had any problems spotting the scrollbar but you can easily help it alot with a high-contrast "spotlight" above the scrollbar to guide the user's eye there

shitty overpaint, should do the trick.

why bother with something as vague as that? really, just create an image of two arrows pointing left/right at the bottom.
