Corwin
Here's my current portfolio: http://www.clement-melendez.com I just updated it with a new color set, but I feel like it looks too busy now because of the colors all mixed up together, so I might revert to the white/grey one or edit this one later on. Let me know what you think, and if you find browser-related issues, please let me know!
Corwin
Just updated the design, I think it looks tidier now. Let me know what you think

-HP-
Indeed, good stuff man! With all that stuff on your portfolio, you definitely shouldn't have many problems getting a job as level designer, if you're looking for one. Good read on that Post Mortem article! Very good and intuitive navigation, with all the information that a recruiter would have need without info-overload, so yeah It's pretty cool man. You might want to add in there where are you working at the moment, and whether or not you're looking for a level design job in the games industry, just a tip! Corwin
I've updated my portfolio's aspect and content: http://www.clement-melendez.com It's a bit more cluttered than it was but there's also more information readily avaible from the homepage. I also added a PDF resume too. It's still missing demos for the latest projects and a demoreel at the top, but I'm working on that. Critics are welcome! seir
Nice site, I've added your portfolio to the LEVEL-DESIGN.org portfolio list
e-freak
i LOVE your portfolio. seriously, the layout is awesome, the resume is short and informative and it reflects some very good work of yours! only thing that bothers me slightly is the hover effect of the thumbnails on the main page (the black horizontal bars) - i'd rather see the image brightend up or something that let me see more of the work instead of less. oh and ffs - apply at crytek! i just read across your post mortem again and that's like the most awesome article ever on a personal portfolio

I'll look into it Thanks for the comment too! The plan is just to release that last project, add a couple videos and another post-mortem, correct a few things in Mandate of Heaven (I've finally found out why some objectives didn't record as completed) and I'll send that their way and cross my fingers. -HP-
Fantastic, one of the best portfolios I've ever had the pleasure of browsing. I would just change one little thing but it may make all the difference. At the moment when you open a project page you get a bit of text then a few thumbnails for the screenshots. To ensure everyone will see your images, just put all your images in there in a rather high res, that way the viewer will only have to scroll down, instead of having to click once to see each image. (Like this) It's my opinion of course, but the more content you show at once the better. But this is a really fantastic portfolio, very well organized and thought out. Thanks dude! That screenshot thing was one of the trickiest things to decide when creating the layout. I found that having these screenshots there helped cut the otherwise big chunk of text in two, and having the Challenges part at the bottom of 6 big screenshots would just mean many people wouldn't even notice it. Also, since the content area is only about 800px large, I don't know if that'd be enough for my latter projects (which shots are 1200*750px) and I'd still have to provide a link to a larger version. I think I'll create a temporary version to try it out the way you said, see if it makes for more comfortable browsing. Thanks for the advice
Furyo
It's the best portfolio I've seen on Mapcore, hands down. If not for content, at least in terms of navigation and ease of use.

Corwin
I grew tired of the old design of my portfolio so I worked a bit on a new one in my lunch breaks: http://www.clement-melendez.com I need to redo all the descriptions and text in general, as well as take better screenshots of all my projects, and I also plan on showing a bit more behind-the-scenes stuff here and there (2D layouts etc.) The goal is to try and fit everything on one page and still have it clean and readable Let me know what you think so far! -HP-
blackdog
Really like the simplicity of it, congrats It would be nice to be able to also click on the image of a project to open the gallery, not convinced about opening a new tab for the mini-sites, but i guess it's irrelevant.
