Grinwhrl Posted December 23, 2009 Report Posted December 23, 2009 Just got back from it. I say it in 3D, its going to be hard for anything to top this movie visually. One of the most immersion movies I have ever seen. Quote
Minos Posted December 23, 2009 Report Posted December 23, 2009 Saw it on Imax 3d last night. This is indeed one of the best movies ever made. Story was simple but pretty good anyway and everything else was simply outstanding. Movie of the decade maybe? Avatar rules Quote

DaanO Posted December 25, 2009 Report Posted December 25, 2009 Just came back - it's an awesome movie. The last couple of weeks i felt like picking up leveldesign again, but now i've lost all hope i can ever build anything really cool. Took me half an hour to focus on the real world afterwards. Anybody that hasn't seen it: go! Quote
Seldoon182 Posted December 25, 2009 Author Report Posted December 25, 2009 Can't wait to watch the full movie! They talk about the energy crisis on earth but I think that most will be explain with the full movie with a longer intro! Quote

They talk about the energy crisis on earth but I think that most will be explain with the full movie with a longer intro! My guess is unobtainium is a great fuel source which explains why this private group of mercinaries and contractors are so interested in getting it. Judging by the name it's fairly hard to get and if their the only company selling it they'd be very powerful back on Earth. Quote
Duff-e Posted December 26, 2009 Report Posted December 26, 2009 Please tell me the movie doesn't actually call it unobtainium and you're just using that to substitute the plot device. Quote
