NONE are confirmed until E3 happens... take with a large amount of salt.

- Nintendo to release brand new Metroid game (as in side scroller) on VC only sometime this year

- New Hitman game will come out 2010 + will have new agent take up the role as lead char. Eidos and id were apparently 'burned' by film!

- New Tomb Raider to be shown behind doors, not online, will 'revolutionize' the series (for the better i assume).

- Little Big Planet on psp will feature 'sackgirl' as the game's main promotional item.. aimed at girls maybe?

- Microsoft to announce significant price drop in hard drives and wireless adapters as part of a 'friendly consumer' range.

- Fallout: New Vegas to release in December, will have several DLC packs weeks after launch.

- New 24 game exclusive to ps3, release to coincide with season 8 next jan.

- No news on new Mario or Zelda for Wii although Spirit Tracks is supposed to 'surprise fans'.

- Mass Effect 2 a timed exclusive on 360 and PC.. PS3 version to be released 6 months after the 360 and PC release.

- Bioshock 2 to have online side missions where player controls little sister... nothing major but interesting

- Recently announced expansion for GTAIV (the ballad of gay tony) will end with look into next GTA game, set to come out fall 2010

- Phil Harrison signs back with Sony..

- PS3 Slim does exists but will NOT show at E3... apparently sony are waiting for current PS3 stock to sell before an announcement

- Capcom re-booting Resident Evil series for 2010. no other details though.

- Assassins Creed 2 to feature online co-op with unknown younger child as the second character

- Final Fantasy XIII - North American PS3 Release: 12th Jan 2010

- UK broadcaster Sky TV will feature on Xbox Live, like NetFlix, allowing for tv, movie and documentary streams

- Forza 3 to feature motorbikes, increased online player size and Live connectivity to YouTube

- Gran Turismo 5 on PS3 coming early next year, looks INCREDIBLE!

- Guitar Hero 5 to feature support for DJ Hero decks; DLC to be released that mixes both games together for simultaneous play.

- Modern Warfare 2 to feature online cross-platform play on 360 and PC... includes 16+ new perks and sizeable maps (depending on players)

- Rare release Perfect Dark on XBLA during Microsoft press conference on June 1st... GoldenEye to also come sometime this Fall.

- Max Payne 3 to feature online play for up to 16 players and uses slow-motion in a 'completely unique sense'.

- Metal Gear Solid 4 + Oxide is Xbox 360 exclusive and features Devil May Cry sections where you play as Raiden; will last about 10 hours

- Wii HD exists, costs $300 with bundled Red Steel 2 + motion plus + hd capabilities... goes up to 1080p HD res.

- Halo 3: ODST is the first of two Halo 3 story expansions. ODST out November 17th. Halo 4 in early stages and still years off

- New Guitar Hero game for PSP called 'Roadie Riot'..features classic GH game as well as side-scrolling sections + story ala Brutal Legend

- The Getaway re-announced for PS3 and (oddly) PS2.. developed by sucker punch, Sony published.

- And lastly for today, new colours for the Wii will be shown at e3 and rolled out at Christmas. pink, black, red and blue were confirmed.

I would love to see a great 24 game. The PS2 one from a few years back missed the mark. So much potential if can execute right, but that's not necc. an easy task.

Btw, anybody got any good ideas for where I can stream MS, Sony and Nintendo's conferences in good quality now that I'm not subscribing to Gamespot anymore?

You guys didn't like the latest series of 24? I thought it was pretty much one of the finest yet, alongside the first nuclear series and the nerve gas series. I found it a massive breath of fresh air that they did away with the same old predictable conventions such as CTU, Los Angeles, the 25th amendment, etc.

24 season 5 was easily the best of them all. Season 7 was on par with 2 and 3 (nuclear and gas).

g4 will have all the press stuff live as well as Xbox.com which will have the microsoft one. I think gamespot has been free for the last year or so but I stopped using the site a good wile back.
