Ok, my friend downloaded the demo of the PSN, (Since he tried to download the demo of his xbox and he can't try the demo, because he needs to pay for a subcription called xbox live or whatever, rotfl xbotters) Anyways, saw him playing and decided to play it a little bit.

I was surprised how good the demo is, especially given the fact I was playing with a PS3 pad!

Art wise, the demo looks pretty good tbh, It looks a bit brown for my tastes, and you can't see jack shit when playing as human due to over the top contrast in the lighting. other than that, surprisingly good.

Gameplay wise, we had an awesome experience! At first was a bit weird, I was dieing all the time without knowing what killed me, and where! But then, you start understanding the game and it's REALLY fucking good. The alien is fast, the predator tactical and the marine is guns blazing.

I'm really looking forward to try the other multiplayer modes, (http://www.gametrailers.com/video/ultim ... s-vs/61861) never thought I'd be interested in MP in a AvP game!

not in some places in Canada All the stores, walmart, futureshop, bestbuy, eb games, hmv, game buzz only have the ps3 versions of the game in today.

I'm a huge fan of the aliens series and I had a blast playing the demo with friends.

Its what the AVP movies should have been.

Not surprised by the Gamespot review at all, they are notorious for giving lots of decent games low ratings when there's no need to be so harsh. I think IGN and Gametrailers will give the game a better look-in. Still, regardless of reviews, it's upto you if you like the game at the end of the day, like Jericho got a lot of poor reviews but I still really enjoyed it (it helps to go in with average expectations..).
