Minos Posted February 5, 2010 Author Report Posted February 5, 2010 My copy finally arrived yesterday (damn you Brazil customs office ) Been loving the first hours of the game. Btw, free promo DLC codes: http://hellforge.gameriot.com/blogs/Hel ... -DLC-Codes Quote
Taylor Posted February 5, 2010 Report Posted February 5, 2010 I think it's the sign of a good game when you log on at 3am and 5 people on your friends list are playing it. Though I ruined that by playing some gaudy Japanese shmup instead, of course. I think I'll get the first and play through that, is it fairly short if you stick to the main missions? My Shep Did you mess with the genes slider? Quote

You can just use the codes supplied on the site, but then you need to register a new account at dr pepper for each code. If you are so inclined that is. Edit: I use a fake US adress on my xbox live account (bethesda's headquarters ) because XBL is not available in Brazil. That must be the reason the codes worked for me. Quote
Izuno Posted February 10, 2010 Report Posted February 10, 2010 A little analysis on Mass Effect 2 usage (only on 360, not PC) for January. We'll see how much it actually sold (erm...in the US anyway) tomorrow when NPD makes January top sellers public. http://www.industrygamers.com/news/mass ... -says-dfc/ I actually have yet to play it due to busy-ness. Trying not to read spoilers since it sounds better than the first game in the series. Oh and btw, Mass Effect play went up ahead of ME2 launch, but that should not come as a surprise. Quote
Steppenwolf Posted February 11, 2010 Report Posted February 11, 2010 Yup, and the name of the character from Stargate Atlantis? John Shepard Actualy the name is meant to honor Alan Shepard (first american in space and 5th man on the moon). Quote
