I don't know that I would place everything one after the other. Scrolling down is bad, and as far as placement of things, I would place the games at the top, followed by your work and then the resume. Again try and have all these things in a single page so you don't need to scroll down.

My own rule of thumbs here is your work should be the star, not you.

Thanks alot guys, I changed a few things now and fixed the stupid errors =). Maybe I'll change the order of stuff around aswel, place professional work above personal.. I just thought personal work was more important to me, but maybe I need more stuff in there then!

i like the vintage background. and i actually like the way you sorted everything, its easily accessible on a single page. looks good i disagree with you furyo cause i think its important to have the name at the top like that to catch the attention and also to give a quick summary of what he's about professionally. it's not such a huge paragraph, just some quick info... i think it's good this way

I'm with Klein. The name is fine and dandy, I like to know who I'm looking at. The scrolling down isn't a problem either I don't think, it's clicking through lots of links to get to work that's annoying. This though I think is fine to navigate and browse. My only annoyance is the background is a little to distracting, my eye kept wondering to the background and I forgot what I was going to look at.

I do agree with Furyo that having everything on one page would make it much easier to read. Although I like the look an layout of it, having it scale horizontally rather than vertically would definitely make it easier to read.

Whilst the readability concerns in some of the posts above are true - I don't think it's as much of a concern for a small site such as this. It's a portfolio site, it has style... easy enough to get the goods from and it's all on one page.

i agree with tofu. you've got some quality work, so it's to me it just seems like your style. it's not bad, it's just preference. to me this is a perfect example of functionality: the site does what its supposed to do: showing off portfolio, not showing off the site itself.

thanks a lot for the feedback guys! I think I will clean up the background graphics a bit more, but I don't think i'll change the order of the work i want to display. I feel that my personal work is more important to show my skill than my professional work, but I will add more stuff to personal work soon hopefully =). I'm also going to add a smaller screen to the bottom with some links i think
