Mazy Posted March 25, 2009 Report Posted March 25, 2009 http://www.apple.com/trailers/wb/wherethewildthingsare/ I think it looks awesome, Spike Jonze is a fucking god! Quote
e-freak Posted March 26, 2009 Report Posted March 26, 2009 haha, that's somewhat the happiest, funniest and most awesome-non-action movie trailer i've seen in a long time Quote
FrieChamp Posted March 26, 2009 Report Posted March 26, 2009 I somehow expected...something completely else, but I must admit I have never read the book! Or had the book read to me by somebody else. My childhood was spent in a box in front of a TV and a console...so lonely... Quote
Steppenwolf Posted March 26, 2009 Report Posted March 26, 2009 This looks like fun! Like a happy version of Tideland. I also like the music. What band is this? Reminds me of Architecture In Helsinki. Quote

twiz Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 Are you guys serious? you've never read this book?... Seriously go read it, the art and story are spectacular. Just a beautiful story. I'm wondering how they could stretch the rather short book into a movie, but it seems like they captured the feeling and spirit of the book and expanded on it. Between this and 9, I think its going to be a great fall '09 for movies. Quote
Zacker Posted March 29, 2009 Report Posted March 29, 2009 I am not really sure of what to say of this either. It looks like a regular family adventure movie, but then again not quite. I have never heard of the book. Quote
Chunks Posted April 7, 2009 Report Posted April 7, 2009 This looks like fun! Like a happy version of Tideland. I also like the music. What band is this? Reminds me of Architecture In Helsinki. Rebellion by Arcade Fire. It's a different version, though... they must have recorded that for the movie. Quote
