Sindwiller Posted March 11, 2009 Report Posted March 11, 2009 Pretty disturbing indeed. It kind of made me sad when I realized that this picture is from Bulgaria. Quote

Sindwiller Posted March 11, 2009 Report Posted March 11, 2009 so what? seeing the germans weren't all monsters and the others weren't all antifa? what's wrong with the image? ... ? Hello, I'm living in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and I like Germany myself? Nah, I mean it makes me sad that Bulgaria was an ally of Hitler at the time, as it had always been an ally of Germany, in WWI and so on - since Germany has had a quite strong cultural influence on Bulgaria and the newer Bulgarian kings (from 1850 or something) being of German blood -, as opposed to, for instance, Greece, which has tried to fight Germany (at least to push their troops that came from Bulgaria back). Of course, it's not something you should make a big deal out of, and it wouldn't have made much of a difference anyway. "Es geht ums Prinzip". It reminds me of the fact that Bulgaria back in that day blindly followed the politics of a madman - not of a monster country. I'm not that old/retarded to generalize and project the ideology and mentality of a few (leading) people to a whole nation. Quote
-HP- Posted March 11, 2009 Author Report Posted March 11, 2009 Yep, and the recent movie Valkyrie is the proof of that! Quote
